I'd like to implement a more formal bug tracking/issue resolution process for an upcoming multi-developer project. I've used Bugzilla and Redmine in the past and both work well...
But I'd also like clients to be able to log in and comfortably/easily review their projects' issues & resolutions.
Does anyone have a system they like that balances these two considerations, something that's helpful to developers and also comfortable/friendly to clients?
Unless you want to write your own, I think ZenDesk has the best customer facing issues list.
